All documents relating to a client's spend are audited, taking into account a variety of often overlooked areas of expense such as human resources, public relations, and intra-company collateral. The resulting report identifies spending based on multiple cost-centers.
Utilizing this historic data, RSN creates new baseline pricing that will demonstrate substantial, repeatable savings going forward.

• A specific time period - this month, last quarter, year-to-date, etc.
• Spending by type of collateral - brochures, posters, business cards, catalogs, freight, mailing, etc.
• Spending by location, division or department
• Spending by function - sales, marketing, trade shows, HR, etc.

A dedicated Account Manager will conduct training sessions with each client's team - and provide on-going support - for all aspects of the RSN software system.
We will instruct our clients on how to easily place and track orders and how to access reporting and data analytics.
An RSN Account Manager will be the liaison to our network and is responsible for the overall management of a client's print spend.
